This Policy explains how HADMS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, through RideSeva, processes information relating to drivers and vehicle/service providers.
1. Information Collected
RideSeva may collect identity details, mobile/email, photographs, government ID information, driving licence information, verification/background-check information, vehicle registration, insurance, permits, fitness/pollution certificates, bank/payment information, earnings, trip records, GPS/location and device/diagnostic information.
2. Purposes
Information may be processed to verify identity and documents, approve drivers and vehicles, match bookings, track active trips, calculate fares and earnings, process payments, provide navigation and safety, investigate complaints, detect fraud, provide support, improve services and comply with law.
3. Location Tracking
Location is a core Driver App function. RideSeva may process location while a driver is online, travelling to pickup, completing an active trip or using another location-based feature. Where permitted and necessary for an active service, limited background location processing may occur.
4. Information Shown to Users
During a booking, relevant information may be shown to passengers, including driver name, photograph, vehicle details, registration number, rating and relevant live location.
5. Agency Access
Where a driver is associated with an agency using RideSeva, relevant driver information may be shared with the authorized agency for driver management, vehicle management, bookings, compliance, payments and support.
6. Third-Party Providers
RideSeva may use cloud, maps/GPS, payments, SMS/OTP, notifications, analytics, identity/document verification, security and customer-support providers.
7. Data Retention
Driver documents, trip records, financial records and location records may be retained for periods reasonably necessary for service delivery, safety, legal/tax requirements, fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
8. Security
RideSeva applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Drivers must also protect account credentials and device access.
9. Rights
Subject to applicable law, drivers may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable rights concerning their personal information through the contact details below.
10. Document Expiry
RideSeva may notify drivers about document expiry. Access may be restricted when legally required documents are expired or invalid.
11. Account Deactivation
Drivers may request account deactivation. Certain information may still be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for financial records, fraud prevention, safety or dispute resolution.
12. Policy Changes
This Policy may be updated periodically.
